2 days. Three hours of relentless, game-like training per session. HPW Weekend Camp is built for players who want to leave the rink sharper, faster, and more competitive than when they stepped on the ice.
What We Work On
PILLAR 01
Skating
Edge work, crossovers, mohawks, and explosive transitions trained at full tempo. Every stride is coached with intent so players build the mechanics that translate directly to beating defenders and closing gaps in live play.
PILLAR 02
Puck Skills
Hands, deception, and puck protection trained under pressure and at pace. Players rep tight-area handling, shooting in stride, and quick-release mechanics so skill holds up when the game speeds up.
PILLAR 03
Compete & Game Situations
This is where the work gets real. Small-area battles and live reads force players to execute skating and skill against a thinking opponent, every shift graded on execution and compete level.
1v1
Attack and defend in confined space with a focus on gap control, body positioning, and finishing through contact.
2v1
Teaches puck support, timing of the give-and-go, and defensive reads to take away the pass or the shot.
2v2
Builds off-puck movement, net-front presence, and defensive communication in realistic game scenarios.
3v3
High-tempo flow reps that mirror overtime hockey and reward quick decisions, puck movement, and relentless backcheck.
PILLAR 04
Off-Ice Work
Dynamic warm-ups, stickhandling, shooting, and athletic development built to prime the body and reinforce on-ice concepts. Players learn routines they can take home and keep stacking long after camp ends.
