Pre Season Battle Camp
Nashville, TN · 16 Players Max · 2 Days · 6 Sessions
Pre Season Battle Camp is built for players who refuse to show up to tryouts unprepared. Two days, six sessions, and every rep engineered to sharpen your edges, your hands, and your compete level before the first puck drops. Zero reps wasted.
What We Work On
PILLAR 01
Overspeed Power Skating
We attack skating mechanics at game pace and beyond. Players drill explosive starts, tight-turn recoveries, and edge control through overspeed progressions designed to raise their top gear and rebuild efficient stride patterns under fatigue.
PILLAR 02
High-Speed Skill Development
Full-ice skill work executed at the tempo the season will demand. Players train puck control, deceptive handles, and shooting in stride while their feet keep moving — because skill only matters if it holds up at game speed.
PILLAR 03
Battle & Compete
This is where habits are forged. Every rep is a live puck battle designed to build puck protection, body positioning, stick detail, and the mental edge to win the next shift. Small groups mean nowhere to hide.
1v1
Isolated battles teaching gap control, body angling, and inside-hand puck protection.
2v1
Decision-making under pressure — attack the triangle, defend the middle of the ice.
2v2
Support layers, net-front battles, and reads off the wall in tight-area conflict.
3v3
Full-flow compete scenarios that mirror the chaos and pace of real game situations.
PILLAR 04
Off-Ice Preparation
Bookend sessions with structured dynamic warm-ups, activation work, and mobility protocols. Players learn how to prepare their bodies to perform and recover between sessions like pros.
